About our games
What games are on Tadlele?
Original games across Slots, Arcade, Adventure, Instant Win and Classics. Every one is made by our own studio and runs on our own servers. See them all on the Games page.
Do games work without an account?
Yes. Every game opens and plays as a guest. An account simply saves your coins, XP and level, and unlocks the daily bonus.
A game won't load. What can I do?
Press the restart button (↻) above the game, refresh the page, or try another browser. Make sure your browser is up to date and that you are not blocking content from tadlele.com. If it still won't load, tell us which game and which device you're using.
Are the results fair?
Our games use random results generated inside the game. As they are free and use virtual coins only, there's nothing to gain or lose in real terms.
Your account & login security
How do I create an account?
Go to Join free and fill in the form, or use Continue with Google. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
How is my login kept safe?
Everything happens on our server. When you sign up, your password is turned into a one-way hash (using PHP's built-in password hashing) and only that hash is stored. We can't see your password, and nor can anyone else.
Where are accounts stored?
In a private folder on our server that is blocked from web access. Account data is never placed in our web pages, never shown in tables, and no database queries or account records are visible to visitors.
What does the sign-in cookie do?
When you sign in, our server sets one strictly necessary session cookie. It's marked HttpOnly (scripts can't read it) and Secure over HTTPS, and it ends when you close your browser or sign out.
What if someone guesses my password?
After five wrong passwords in a row, the account is locked for 15 minutes. Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
I forgot my password.
Use the contact form with the topic “Forgot password” and the email address on your account. We'll help you get back in.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and use the Delete account option on My account. It removes your account file from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care to do it for you.
Coins & levels
How do I get coins?
You get 50,000 welcome coins when you join and can collect a free 10,000-coin bonus every 24 hours from My account.
Can I buy coins?
No. Tadlele has no shop and we will never ask for payment. Coins are always free.
Can I cash out coins?
No. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred or swapped for anything.
How do levels work?
You earn XP when you sign in for the first time each day (+50), open a game (+25, once per game per hour) and collect your daily bonus (+250). Every 1,000 XP moves you up a level, from Rookie to Legend.

How do I take a break?
